C-JAM Ministries Inc (“C-JAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or interact with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information — when you register, place an order, make a donation, or subscribe to our updates. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, as described under Cookies & Tracking below.
We use the information we collect to provide customer service, process transactions and donations, and send communications about concerts, recordings, and the work of the ministry. We use it only for the purposes for which it was provided, and to operate and improve our services.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent.
We use the email address you provide to send order and donation confirmations and, if you opt in, newsletter updates about concerts and recordings. Every marketing email includes unsubscribe instructions at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes a single click.
Text messaging is entirely optional and separate from our email list — opting into one does not opt you into the other. If you choose to receive texts, you can cancel at any time by replying STOP. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties. Message and data rates may apply.
We use SSL encryption to protect information transmitted through our site. Payment card and financial details are not stored on our servers after a transaction is completed.
Our site uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure the performance of our advertising. This may include collecting your IP address and browser information. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
We may share information with trusted vendors who help us operate our site and run our programs, provided they agree to keep it confidential and use it only to perform those services. Meta may receive hashed email addresses and pseudonymized interaction data through the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
